Terms of Service

By agreeing to commission an art piece or character design from me, you have also agreed to:▣ Always give credit to Cliesel or @AkaPenArt whenever reposting or hosting the image in another site;▣ Allow me to repost the finished piece for portfolios and examples as a default unless you say otherwise for a temporary or permanent duration;▣ Commissioning a piece that will not be used for ill-natured intentions;▣ You as a commissioner being allowed to repost and edit (or use and change if a character design), for all your intents and purposes, the finished piece as long as it follows the above clause;▣ Not use the finished piece for commercial purposes (such as reprinting and selling for profit) unless agreed upon by the artist and customer subject to the discussion of commercial licensing fees;▣ Not re-sell a character design higher than its original price unless significant changes or fanart will be bundled with its reselling;▣ You as a commissioner being allowed to gift the artwork or character design to anyone as long as they agree to this Terms of Service;▣ Never use them for NFTs or AI training;▣ You as a commissioner paying the amount of satisfactory/cleared work done. Should I be unable to finish a commission, I will refund to you the value of the stages not yet completed. Likewise, if you have already greenlit a stage of a commission, you cannot ask for a refund for satisfactory progress already finished; and▣ Have read and understood the sections explaining my commission rates and practices, including this Terms of Service.Failure to uphold this ToS after 2 warnings will result in blacklisting.
